Sorry for the Delay
So sorry I haven't written anything decent in awhile. I still plan on posting pics from the wedding I went to last Friday and the highlights of the Bayou party I went to last Saturday plus Karaoke night at Shawn's art space last night. Phew! My latest cold kicked in full force by Monday and I've been hacking up large gobs of green goo and going into hacking coughing fits that won't stop as well as sneezing (thank you allergy season!) and the whole runny stuffy nose bit. Let's just say hot green tea is my best friend right now. So I've been sick since about 3/15 until a week ago Monday, I had about a 4 day break then the sore throat kicked in and now this bit of fun! Between viral and bacterial infections combined with horrible allergies I'm not sure how I'm surviving at this point.
It probably doesn't help that I've had major lack of sleep and went to a company offsite on Tuesday where I ate way too much Italian food and then bowled (very crappily I might add) on my decently healed but still sprained and wrapped ankle. Suffice to say I'm worn out. I took Wednesday as a sick day and slept all through most of it. I needed it!
Anyway, I'll be back in full swing soon enough and eager to report on the latest run of fun events!
