I find this kind of hilarious. I think Tigger was my friend Dave's favorite Winnie the Pooh character. I seem to recall him owning Tigger sweatshirts and stuff. Good times.

Having worked as a walking cartoon character one Summer, I'm relatively certain it was accidental. It would take much better peripheral vision to hit someone on purpose.

Granted, I would absolutely love to find out that it wasn't an accident. Some kids deserve it! Heh!
